Megan’s dinner was so delicious. Her potstickers and dipping
sauce rivaled any that I have ever had in a restaurant. The Mongolian beef, likewise
perfect. Best part is the partnership with Ben. Today is MLK day and no agenda except
finishing the shovel work I started on the back fence line. It felt good to dig
out the old plants and make room for the raspberry canes. Chuck is working on so many projects and I
hope he finishes them up before he starts any more.
