Wednesday and
that means writing class. It is the high point of the week. Today they will
write the bones of their stories and write, write, write. Three of them are
ready to go for it without further instruction. The others need guidance to get
going. Yesterday was more vigorous weeding and good walking. That’s the best
kind of isolation day. Five months now and no end in sight. Just grateful for the way we are living. Staying
away from the news is helpful too.
