Doctor visit wasn’t informative but I will get bloodwork soon. It’s needs to be fasting and I had a banana. The brain disorder can’t be fixed only helped by keeping myself well and moving. Use Claratin and netti pot etc. All things that I already do. So, I’m off for a walk and will do my best to keep moving and doing what needs to be done.
