Beautiful morning. Warm and sunny. Oh boy, good weather for
walking and weeding as those are the items on the agenda. The news is horrifying again and now
my church has raised its outrage at the orange thing. I will focus on what I
can change and that is the yard and my muscles. I had a food tantrum yesterday that scored ice
cream and chips. That has to stop as my pants are getting tight and I don’t
want to go up a size.
