Rosalie gave me a pep talk yesterday by e-mail and sent me
to my paper journal to record plans, gratitude, details of health, nutrition,
physical tasks, mental well-being, quiet for spiritual health, and reaching out
for connections. Thanks for friendship and much needed lift of mood. It’s
pouring and cold so I will be inside again and enjoying my space. Lots of vegs
to go into soup, my favorite meal. The exercise mat has reappeared in my living
room. I will have a satisfying day.
